Payment plans available

Sessions will run on Wednesday evenings from 5th November - 17 December and then Weds 7th Jan. They will start at 6:15pm in St George’s Studios. Please note there will be no Weds 26 November extra sessions will be offered on Fri 21 Nov and Fri 5 December to make up for this - or a 45 minute 1:1 PT session at a mutually agreed time. Any other week that a participant cannot make, with advanced agreement, a make-up session or with agreement a 1:1 PT session will be offered at a mutually convenient time.

Participants are required to complete a Preparation for Physical Activity Questionnaire (PARQ) to ensure they can join the programme safely and the trainer can adapt any aspect appropriately for them, Please find and complete this form here
